As the lead Product Designer at Culina Health, I spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding initiative. This effort involved collaborating with an illustrator to create new brand assets, re-designing the company website, refining patient intake flows, and enhancing visual and marketing materials. The rebrand aimed to reflect inclusivity and reflect the high quality of care Culina Health provides.
One notable addition to our platform is a RD filtering and matching tool, a feature I researched and designed. To align with Culina Health's commitment to offering superior, personalized care, we re-examined our patient-RD matching process.
Feedback gathered through email surveys affirmed the need for improved filtering and matching options, with the hypothesis that these enhancements would elevate patient satisfaction and expedite entry into care. Utilizing Maze for user research and testing a functional Figma prototype, we refined the filter design based on collected insights, ultimately launching the feature to enhance the overall patient experience.
